Despite having a floorspace footprint of just 94 cm2, the Mil-tek 306-O Is capable of making bales upwards 225 kg.
Featuring a deep pressing chamber and a wider door opening than the 205-O, the 306-O is ideal for large scale rigs that handle large volumes of cardboard and plastic packaging waste. The compaction ensure waste and excess packaging is neatly stored with minimal fuss and minimum floor space used. Bales from a 306-O fit neatly onto a standard Euro pallet, making them easy to store and transport.
In addition to powerful compaction technology, the 306-O has had several unique modifications to it that enhance the safety features. Powered exclusively by compressed air, it contains no inherent risk of hydraulic or electrical fault. The machine also has no interacting metal pieces that could cause a spark; an important deterrent in high-risk environments like oil or gas platforms.
The 306-O features an automated bale-out function that allows users to simply, safely and quickly empty the baler.

Fill the chamber with waste material and close the door. Once the handle is pressed down, the pressing plate is activated. The central cylinder has a bale-out indicator showing you when the chamber is full.
Once the bale out indicator shows that the bale is ready, tie the bale with the banding provided. A bale out button releases the bale, which fits neatly onto a standard Euro pallet.
Baled material can be stacked and stored on a standard Euro pallet, making them easy to transport. The rate of compaction reduces the size of the waste by 80-90% of its original size.
The 306-O has been specifically modified for offshore environments. Modified cylinders eliminate the risk of spark or inflammation The machine also features a custom 2-handed mechanism to return the pressing plate that ensures the operator cannot endanger themselves during the bale out process.
